I loved this game and waited a long time for update as I completed all the levels. The new update wiped all the levels and had to start from scratch. I also lost the group I had been in for months. I have now got to level 151 and that's it. I cant believe it. It is also so easy because they have given a lot of free gifts which I believe it to over compensate for the restart of the game. Unbelievable and shame on the creators of the game.

Looks nothing like the video adverts, no saving the king from fire by releasing water etc, just another match 3 game. While it's not a bad game and has no adverts and is free to play (with in app purchases of course) it's certainly not what you can expect from the adverts. Seems like false advertising or at least very misleading.

Beyond incensed: I was well over Level 2000+ and you've just done some major update and taken me back to Level 1. It said that it would save and keep all my items but hasn't. I've spent time and money to get this far, only for it to cancel it all.. This is not acceptable, and someone had better reach out to me with an explanation and some sort of solution.
